We're Hiring: Head of Marketing & Growth (US Solar Business)

Location: Remote/India (Working closely with US leadership)

We're looking for a senior marketing leader to
own our entire demand-generation engine
and build a predictable, scalable revenue machine. This role will lead strategy, execution and team building across paid media, content, creative, website, analytics and funnel optimization.

As Head of Marketing & Growth, you will work directly with the founder and US sales leadership to drive profitable customer acquisition and build a world-class marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full marketing & growth strategy — channel mix, budgets, performance targets and lead/booking roadmap.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across media buying, content, creative, ops and analytics.
  • Drive performance marketing on Meta, Google and other channels to hit CPL and CPS targets.
  • Design, test and optimize end-to-end funnels from ad → booked appointment.
  • Set up robust tracking, attribution and reporting across CRM, ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • Partner with sales to define "qualified leads," improve quality and iterate based on close rates.
  • Own brand presence — website, social, creative direction and online reputation.
  • Manage external agencies/freelancers while keeping core strategy in-house.
  • Build scalable playbooks, SOPs and dashboards for repeatable, predictable execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in performance-driven digital marketing/growth roles; 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record running profitable paid campaigns at significant budgets (US/English-speaking markets preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset — fluent with funnels, unit economics, CPL, CPS and payback.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta/Google Ads, landing page builders, analytics tools and CRMs.
  • Experience hiring, coaching and managing a marketing team.
  • Excellent English communication and ability to work closely with US leadership.
  • High bias for action — you ship campaigns, run experiments and own hard numbers.
