About the Role

We're looking for a
Formulation & Content Specialist Intern
— a curious mind who blends scientific precision with creative clarity. This hybrid profile will work closely with our R&D and marketing teams, turning lab data into credible, compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities


Formulation & Quality Support

  • Organize and maintain product documentation (Master Specs, CoAs, Batch Records).
  • Support FSSAI dossier preparation — collating RDA data, references, and compliance reports.
  • Participate in product sensory testing and feedback documentation.
  • Conduct ingredient and competitor benchmarking (e.g., Fast&Up, Wellbeing Nutrition).


Content & Brand Communication

  • Translate complex formulations (e.g., L-Theanine synergy, 2:1 ratio blends) into clear, consumer-friendly copy.
  • Write blog and SEO content to position
    WithGrit
    as a science-led, minimalist brand.
  • Script and caption short-form social content for upcoming UGC campaigns.

Who You Are

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Food Technology, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or B.Pharm
    .
  • Strong in scientific reading and writing — can distill research into simple insights.
  • Detail-oriented and data-accurate.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets/MS Office and basic SEO tools.
  • Write with confidence, clarity, and restraint — the

    tone.|

Bengaluru (Remote/Hybrid)

Duration:
3–6 months (High potential for full-time conversion)
