Title: Tax Executive 
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: DM Taxation
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2–4 years minimum
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter

1. Role Summary
The Tax Executive will support TDS operations, GST working, reconciliations, and data preparation for tax audits, ITR filings, and assessments. The role supports both the Tax Manager and the GST DM.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. TDS Operations
 Hands on knowledge of TDS Applicability
 Validate TDS booked by AP and AR Team
 Prepare TDS payment & return data (24Q/26Q/27Q)
 Preparation of foreign remittances documentation (15CA/CB)
 Maintain challans & ledgers

B. GST Support
 Data collation for monthly GST returns
 Assist in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C
 Assist in ITC reconciliations & Vendor Follow-up
 Support multi-state GST registrations & ISD

C. Direct Tax Support
 Prepare schedules for Tax Audit (3CD)
 Assist in corporate ITR data compilation
 Assist in corporate Advance Tax Computation
 Perform TIS/AIS/26AS reconciliations

D. Documentation & Compliance
 Maintain compliance tracker
 Prepare documentation for ICOFR, Audit and assessments
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams

E. ERP Developments & Testing
 Suggest customisations for ERP for betterment of compliances
 Testing of ERP customisations

3. Required Skills
 Strong practical understanding of TDS & GST
 Good Excel and ERP skills
 Strong attention to detail
 Willingness to learn
 Having worked in Fintech space (Broker, NBFC etc) would be added advantage
