Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Executive with graphic design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, enhancing our online presence, and driving engagement across various platforms through compelling visuals and content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop engaging written and visual content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Graphic Design:
• Create visual assets for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand identity and effectively communicate the desired message.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Community Management:
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage social media inquiries.
• Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Provide regular reports to management on social media performance and insights.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather content and promote company initiatives.
• Paid Advertising:
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals such as lead generation and conversions..

Social Media Management:

Develop, execute, and manage creative social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Schedule and publish engaging, relevant, and high-quality content to drive traffic and increase brand awareness. Social media calendar strategies.

Able to handle multiple brand social media profile.

Remarketing Campaigns:

Plan and implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers and drive them back to the sales funnel.

Utilize data from pixel tracking, analytics, and previous campaigns to target the right audience effectively.

Meta Ads Management:

Create, optimize, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and social media content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
