Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Establish and maintain quality policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.

• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2. Testing & Process Management

• Define and oversee manual and automated testing frameworks, ensuring effective test coverage.

• Manage test planning, execution, and reporting for all software and product releases.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (ISO, IATF, Okeo tex etc.).

3. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Implement process improvements and automation strategies to enhance efficiency.

• Analyse quality metrics and customer feedback to drive data-driven improvements.

• Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and technologies to optimize testing methodologies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with development, product management, and operations teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and business goals are met.

• Communicate quality-related insights and risk assessments to senior management.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards for products and services.

• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and defect analysis to minimize failures.

• Oversee vendor and third-party quality assurance processes when applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education & Experience:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record in QA strategy, test automation, and process optimization.

2. Technical & Domain Expertise:

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, etc.).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud environments, security testing, and performance testing is a plus.

3. Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to influence and drive quality culture across the organization.
