Who We're Looking For: Are you a dynamic recruiter who's passionate about helping startups find the right talent for high-impact Sales and Account Management roles? We're looking for a **Talent Acquisition Consultant** who's a creative problem-solver, thrives on challenges, and excels at leveraging LinkedIn to uncover talent. This role is perfect for a strategic recruiter who can work independently and is excited to build and shape a recruitment team over time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialized Sourcing: Independently source, screen, and engage candidates for Sales and Account Manager roles, specifically within product-based startups, primarily through LinkedIn and innovative search methods.
  • Talent Advising: Act as a trusted advisor to both Career One Stop and our clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in recruiting for high-impact sales roles.
  • Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Utilize LinkedIn and other creative methods to identify passive candidates who thrive in startup environments and can drive growth in Sales and Account Management.
  • Independent Contributor with Leadership Potential: Start as a sole contributor, with the opportunity to develop and lead a team focused on finding the best talent for our product-based startup clients.
  • Build Relationships: Forge strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive experience for all parties.

What We're Looking For:
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, specifically in hiring Sales and Account Management professionals for product-based or tech startups.
  • Self-Driven & Resourceful: A "lone wolf" recruiter who can achieve results independently, without reliance on job boards.
