Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in our Cyber Security / System Integration (SI) vertical. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding enterprise customer relationships while promoting our comprehensive IT infrastructure and security solutions.

This is a strategic role with a focus on driving business outcomes, strengthening market presence, and building long-term value for corporate and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities in IT Enterprise product & solution sales for Corporate / Enterprise / SMB customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposals, and deal closures.
  • Identify customer needs and position relevant security solutions such as Data Protection, Zero Trust, SOC-as-a-Service, NGAV, NG-SIEM, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Teams to design and present winning solution strategies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall Cyber Security & SI revenue growth.

 Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand enterprise IT/security requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strong market mapping, competition analysis, and opportunity tracking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
  • Awareness of IT security trends, challenges, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Postgraduate degree such as MBA/PGDBM will be an advantage.

Experience

  • 4–6 years' experience in Cyber Security Sales or IT Infrastructure Solutions Sales (Enterprise/Corporate segment preferred).
