Responsibilities

To design, develop, and support cleanroom and HVAC systems that meet project-specific requirements, ISO classifications, and client expectations. The role involves preparing layout drawings, BOQs, and technical documents while coordinating with various disciplines to ensure accurate site implementation and compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanroom Design:
  • Design and plan modular wall panels, ceiling systems, doors, glazing, and other architectural components in line with ISO cleanroom classifications and project needs.
  • HVAC System Design:
  • Design HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) per project specifications, applicable codes, and standards.
  • Drawing Development & Review:
  • Develop and review HVAC layout drawings, including ducting and piping schematics for fabrication and execution.
  • BOQ & Documentation:
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Site Installation Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to site teams during installation and commissioning; resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Client Coordination:
  • Attend client and consultant meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate revisions as per feedback.
  • Site Surveys & As-Built Drawings:
  • Conduct site visits, verify conditions, and update designs based on site measurements and changes.
  • Cost-Effective & Scalable Design:
  • Develop modular and cost-effective solutions adaptable for future scalability.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all designs comply with regulatory, safety, and project-specific requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor In Mechanical Engineering &  Certification in AutoCAD or HVAC/Cleanroom design is preferred.
