About The Role
At
Smytten
, we aim to make every app interaction seamless and engaging. We're looking for a
creative and data-driven intern
to support our
E-commerce team
in managing in-app content and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) campaigns.

You'll help design engaging app layouts, run push/email/WhatsApp campaigns, and analyze user behavior to improve the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
In-App Merchandising & Experience

  • Update homepages, categories, and product collections.
  • Ensure proper tagging, visuals, and content hygiene.
  • Work with design and marketing teams to maintain brand tone.
  • Track performance (clicks, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.

CRM Execution

  • Assist in executing push, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Coordinate with teams for timely creatives and copies.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and pull basic performance reports.
  • Support in linking CRM and in-app content for better engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresher or recent graduate with interest in E-commerce, Marketing, or CRM.
  • Creative with an eye for detail and comfort with data.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic CMS tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, or CleverTap.
  • Understanding of metrics like CTR, open rate, and conversions.
