Analyst – Business Finance

The Global Shared Services team in MBS, India plays a crucial role in this mission, working together with our counterparts across the globe by providing various support services in Finance and Business.

This role will be a part of Global Finance Shared Services Team, India which provides range of Finance Support services such as Controllership, Business & Ops, Corp FP&A, Treasury, Credit & Collection etc.

The incumbent of this role will be part of GFS-Business/Ops. Support Team. Ensuring timely execution & delivery of Commercial Reports to commercial finance head and provide insights into HC & T&L Cost trends. Able to actively support during AOP and Forecasting activities.Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and analyze monthly Actual, AOP& Estimates of SG&A Cost, HC, T&L costs.
• Deliver commercial reports (Revenue Forecasts, ASP/volume trends, Position reports, and ad hoc project.
• Publish & improve visibility to Business/Segment results through dashboards and reporting (Scorecard, Segment Reports, Flash reports etc.)
• Prepare and analyze Pricing trends, HC Reconciliations and ensure communication with key stakeholders.
• Support preparation of monthly business reviews, [MBR], helping Finance leader to consolidate and interpret the various inputs around updates and R&O's
• Support Commercial Finance Leader and Segment leaders with various commercial reports, analysis and ad hoc project
• Working Experience in Automation of Reports through leveraging Advance Excel (Macros), Tableau, Power BI, Automation
• Collaboration with Corp. FP&A and other business teams to drive best practices, efficiencies, and alignments and act as Backup as part of Business continuity strategy.
• Experience in Testing & Validations of systems in times of upgradation and enhancements.

Key Metrics Role is Accountable For: Preparing periodic and timely reporting inputs to stakeholders on SG&A and Commercials on Pricing, Sales and Volume Analysis for Actuals, AOP and Forecast.

Basic Qualifications:

• MBA finance, accounting, business, or related field
• Min. 5 years of progressive Finance experience with minimum 3 Years Experience in Commercial finance tasks & responsibilities.
• Critical thinking and strategic mindset
• Strong understanding of commercial finance required.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written with fluency in English
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong working experience using SAP/Business Warehouse, General ERP systems
• Advanced MS Excel, Power BI and MS PowerPoint experience
