Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation & finalization of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement).
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Preparation of invoices and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Handle accounting and compliance-related tasks in line with Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, and Companies Act.
  • Must have relevant experience in handling E-commerce platform reconciliations & Sales (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
  • Sales update in the Tally GST R1 filling and 3 B(purchase).
  • All portal expenses updating.
  • Work with accounting software tools –
    CompuTax (mandatory)
    , Zoho ERP (preferred).
  • Support internal audits, statutory filings, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliances.
  • knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Proficiency in Compu Tax; knowledge of Zoho ERP is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
  • High standards of integrity, accountability, and ownership.
