Senior IA and AI Architect - Automation

The Senior IA and AI Architect - Automation is responsible for designing, developing, and managing AI Intelligent Automation solutions in collaboration with the Automation COE Architecture team and business partners. This role requires proficiency in AI prompt engineering, model building, and designing business AI solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

AI Solutions Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI Builder, Azure AI services, UiPath Agents, UiPath Document Understanding and Copilot.
  • Build and optimize AI models for various business applications, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Corporate IT design standards.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for AI applications, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure consistency in AI frameworks and governance.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to define key metrics and KPIs for measuring AI solution success.

Automation & Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI models and automation processes.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for AI for the delivery teams, providing advice and consultation as needed.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and problems related to AI solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing AI solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that AI Intelligent Automation solutions are developed in a cost-effective, compliant, and scalable manner, adhering to corporate standards.
  • Provide expert consultation to key stakeholders on AI trends, capabilities, and automation opportunities.
  • Present AI strategies and roadmaps to leadership teams to secure support for digital initiatives.
  • Adopt Agile methodologies as a fundamental standard in your work, consistently adhering to Agile software development principles in daily tasks.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of overall experience with Microsoft and UiPath technologies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in AI model training and prompt engineering.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in constructing AI models.

  • Comprehensive understanding of AI business solutions and designing AI strategies for enterprises.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and AI Builder.
  • Experience with Azure AI services, document classification, OCR, and information extraction.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience in API integrations, REST services, and database management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership effectively.
  • Knowledge of AI, OCR, and Machine Learning technologies applied in business solutions.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent certifications.
  • Understanding of governance, security, and compliance best practices in AI solutions.
