Job Title: Marketing Specialist – BTL (Below-The-Line) MarketingLocation: BhubaneswarCompany: Surya International Enterprise Private LimitedDepartment: MarketingAbout the Role:Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive BTL Marketing Head to lead our on-ground marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in field marketing, dealer/distributor engagement, rural outreach, and grassroots brand building. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate quality leads.

Plan and oversee ground-level activities including dealer meets, roadshows, product demonstrations, kiosk setups, van campaigns, and local events. Work closely with the sales team to align BTL efforts with business targets and regional needs. Coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and event partners for effective execution of campaigns.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of BTL campaigns using key metrics and field reports. Manage promotional materials such as POP/POS displays, banners, leaflets, and merchandising. Optimize marketing budgets to ensure high ROI on BTL initiatives.

Travel across regions to supervise activities and ensure quality and consistency in execution. Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, renewable energy, or real estate.

Proven track record in handling rural and field marketing campaigns. Excellent organizational and execution skills with a hands-on approach. Strong interpersonal and team coordination abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively.
