About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Sales Development Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in IT Sales and Client Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Work on bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to connect with prospects and generate leads.
- Perform cold calling and email outreach to engage potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver solutions as per client needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Strong technical understanding of IT services and software development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation & networking strategies.
- Experience/interest in cold calling & email campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
