RGBSI is hiring for the position of MIS Executive

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years

Education: Bachelors degree in any field. Alternatively, a certification and diploma in Statistical Analysis from a reputed institution.

Job Summary:

As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to facilitate business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include generating reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy to enhance organizational efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management & Reporting:

- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources.

- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.

- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.

- Database Maintenance:

- Manage and update MIS databases.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup procedures.

- Automation & Optimization:

- Develop Excel macros, dashboards, and automation scripts.

- Drive process improvements for streamlined reporting and data management.

- Coordination & Communication:

- Collaborate with different teams to collect and analyze data.

- Present insights to management for decision-making.

- Software & Tools Management:

- Utilize Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.

- Update and maintain reporting tools and dashboards.

- Troubleshooting & Support:

- Identify and resolve data-related issues.

- Support teams with data extraction and analysis.

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and tools for data handling.

- Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and cleaning data in various formats.

- Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI.

- Clarity in developing customized mini dashboards for management.

- Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues in data.
