Role OverviewAs an MIS Analyst working in the US Night Shift, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large data sets primarily from Salesforce CRM, and leveraging Google Sheets and advanced Excel skills to create insightful reports and dashboards. Your role is critical in supporting Bhanzu's US operations by ensuring accurate data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency during night hours. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable business insights, helping drive continuous improvements in reporting and business processes???? What You'll Do:Develop, maintain, and optimize management information systems reports to support business operations and decision-making.Extract and analyze large data sets from Salesforce CRM, ensuring data quality and integrity.Create, automate, and manage reports and dashboards in Google Sheets, Advanced Excel and Salesforce.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements.Monitor data trends, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and provide actionable insights.Drive data-driven processes to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.Ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled. Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or similar role.Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM for data extraction, report building, and dashboard management.Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (scripts, automation, formulas) and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA, advanced formulas).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.Experience working independently during night shifts, with high attention to detail and timeliness.Strong communication skills to work with US-based stakeholders and internal team members.
