We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Wheels Talent Coach to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in concierge services.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate concierge activities, including booking reservations and arranging transportation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of concierge operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in concierge services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
