We're seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Instagram, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.

You'll be responsible for developing ad strategies, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and maximizing ROI for our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
  • Conduct audience research, set up targeting, and optimize creative assets for conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA).
  • Create A/B tests for ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to align brand messaging.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing paid social and search campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving ROI through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in ad copywriting, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Certifications
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing, email funnels, or influencer campaigns.
