Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager at Safar Wanderlust, a vibrant travel agency, you will manage and grow the brand's presence across various social media platforms. This role includes creating engaging content, interacting with the online community, and promoting our travel services. As the face of the brand online, you will appear on camera and reveal your face in videos and promotional content to build a personal connection with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.

· Appear on camera and represent the brand in videos, reels, and live sessions.

· Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.

· Monitor trends and incorporate them into content to keep the brand relevant.

· Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain strong community engagement.

· Collaborate with the marketing and travel teams for campaign planning and execution.

· Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to track growth and effectiveness.

· Stay up to date with social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.

· Confident and comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand.

· Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other key platforms.

· Excellent communication and content creation skills (both written and visual).

· Ability to stay updated with current social media trends and apply them creatively.

· Basic photo and video editing skills .

· Passion for travel and storytelling through digital platforms.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.(NOT MANDATORY)

· Experience working with a travel brand or in the tourism industry.

· Familiarity with social media analytics tools .

· Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for social platforms.

· Experience with influencer collaborations or brand partnerships.

· Creative mindset with a strong visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.

· Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content for Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills. In addition, employees are eligible for Annual bonuses and performance-based incentives, rewarding dedication and exceptional contribution to the team's success.
