About the Role

HIIT Company is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time CAD Trainer to train students and professionals on industry-standard CAD tools. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing training materials, and supporting learners throughout their training journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-time, in-person and occasional online training sessions on CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials including presentations, manuals, drawings, and assessments.
  • Provide practical, hands-on guidance and evaluate learner performance.
  • Customize training modules for mechanical, civil, architectural, or electrical design needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest CAD trends, software updates, and industry standards.
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance to students during and after training.
  • Contribute to curriculum updates and creation of new training programs.
  • Prepare real-world practice assignments and project-based learning modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
  • Strong command over AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit (as applicable).
  • Excellent understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
  • Prior training or professional CAD experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAD certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional, CSWP, etc.).
  • Experience with analysis or simulation tools (optional).
  • Knowledge of GD&T or BIM standards.
