Engineering Design & BIM, Business strategy and planning of BIM, new market development & growth
- Managing strategic relationships across cultural and international borders with clients & partners, building and leading teams.
- Networking with prospective Clients to build relationships at different levels and identify business needs.
- Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and pursue newer markets based on a well-articulated Business Plan.
- Update contacts and opportunities in CRM on regular basis.
- Set up meetings with clients. Qualifications Graduate from any stream with at least 3 years of experience in the BIM/VDC space.
- Architecture and Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers will be given preference.
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for AEC Industry
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, and follow up on leads and opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team
- Develop and manage a high-performance sales team
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3- years of experience in sales and business development in the AEC Industry, with a focus on BIM / Visualization / Scan to BIM /CAD / GIS / Photogrammetry / LiDAR / CAD services
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams - Experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
**Salary**: ₹8,252.55 - ₹80,000.00 per month
