Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate or related industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Manage client interactions, including site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to junior sales executives.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Working Hours: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
