**Job Summary**:
The B2B EdTech Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and government bodies. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting EdTech solutions, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. The executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities:Business Development and Sales Strategy**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate training institutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
**Client Engagement and Solution Presentation**:
- Present EdTech products and solutions to potential clients through demos and meetings.
- Understand client pain points and customize solutions to address their needs.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations for decision-makers.
**Lead Generation and Pipeline Management**:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship throughout the sales cycle.
**Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
- Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment structures with clients.
- Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of sales targets.
**Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the sales process.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
