Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a General Production Manager, located in Udaipur. The General Production Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations in the production facility, ensuring the efficient use of resources and meeting production targets. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, managing production staff, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other departments to optimize production workflow. Additionally, the role involves implementing safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Production management skills, including experience in overseeing daily operations and managing production staff
  • Quality control and continuous improvement skills, with a focus on optimizing production workflow
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments and manage team performance
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the mining or natural stone processing industry
  • Experience with resource planning and ensuring efficient use of materials and labor
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is required.

Minimum 2-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in stone/marble/granite processing or related manufacturing.

Knowledge of machine operations, polishing, cutting, and finishing processes in marble production is a strong plus.
