We are looking for a skilled VDI Admin with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team on an immediate contract basis. The position is available across Pan India.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain Citrix VDI environments, including AWS Workspaces and Azure VDS.
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues related to Windows patching and other technical problems.
  • Utilize common tools like SCCM, McAfee, and MS Defender to manage and protect the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Implement CI/CD or automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of existing systems and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in VDI administration, with expertise in Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, and Azure VDS.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows patching and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with common tools such as SCCM, McAfee, and MS Defender.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD or automation concepts is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
