About Cotodel:

Cotodel enables programmable payments through UPI vouchers which work seamlessly on India's largest payment network of UPI. Payments can be restricted to specific categories, brands or merchants, with no change in payment behaviour for users or merchants. This removes the need for new apps, cards, or proprietary wallets.

Built on interoperable rails and supported by India's 6.5 Crore+ UPI merchant network, the system is inherently scalable. For businesses, it enables precise fund disbursement, expense control, and loyalty-driven spends. For consumers, it offers an easy and secure way to access and use gift cards, rewards, and benefit vouchers through UPI which is the preferred mode of payment for them.

Job Description:

1)
Founder's Office Support
– Work closely with the Founders on all strategic initiatives. This includes preparing investor reports, presentations, and compiling briefs for meetings with both existing and potential investors. You will also help develop pitch decks for upcoming fundraises and take ownership of managing investor updates.

2)
Program Management
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the implementation of the various offerings across the company's portfolio. This would also include evaluating gaps in current offerings during pre-product launches and jumping in to firefight as and when required.

3)
Business Development
– Assist in researching potential partners and vendors, preparing outreach material, and contributing to conversations with enterprise clients and marketplaces. You'll also help manage ongoing projects across both business development and operations including tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.

Requirements:

1)    Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience from a Top-Tier Undergraduate College.

2)    Based out of Delhi NCR, requiring work from office on a weekly basis.

3)    Strong research and communication skills, and quick to pick on digital tools.

4)    Proactive mindset — you spot what needs to be done and get it done.

5)    Eager to learn and comfortable dealing with uncertainty on outcomes.
