Job Description

Position: Founders Office Intern Growth & Strategy

Duration: 3-Month Internship

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Location: Gurugram

About the Role

As a Founders Office Intern, you will work closely with the founders to drive growth, revenue, and sales strategy while supporting key business initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, enjoy problem-solving, and want to gain hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a scaling business.

Youll be a critical part of brainstorming, execution, and revenue-focused projectsworking across functions like sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, and product.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the founders in driving revenue growth and sales initiatives.
- Support in business development, client outreach, and partnerships to close deals.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Create and execute strategies to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare sales decks, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to align efforts with revenue goals.
- Provide analytical and creative inputs for scaling the business and improving sales performance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
