Job Description-
- 1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
2. Sales Presentations & Client Communication:
- Deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Communicate effectively to understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands.
- Gather insights on potential clients and their business needs to personalize sales approaches.
4. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Track and report key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Follow up on prospects and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
5. Collaboration with Marketing & Business Development Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to content strategies that support lead generation and client engagement.
6. Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Assist in contract negotiation and closing deals efficiently.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective handover to account management teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to increase revenue.
Technical & Sales Skills:
Lead generation & prospecting
Sales presentations & client relationship management
Sales pipeline tracking
Market research & competitor analysis
Negotiation & deal-closing techniques
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication & persuasive skills
Relationship-building & networking abilities

Additional Preferences (Not Mandatory):
Experience in digital marketing sales or agency sales.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools.
Understanding of online marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, Social Media
