We are looking for a results-driven Senior Analyst. Strategy & Operations to lead strategic initiatives and optimize operations across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Operations. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining core business models, forecasts, and dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with leadership to design, execute, and track strategic initiatives focused on business growth and operational efficiency
• Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and performance reviews to guide growth strategies effectively
• Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance organizational processes and scalability
• Creating reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and propose solutions to stakeholders

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not mandatory)
• 4-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or operational roles within dynamic industries
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms
• Exhibiting expertise in financial modeling, KPI tracking, and performance evaluations alongside strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in industries like consulting, finance, technology is a plus
• Prior exposure to strategic planning or change management initiatives
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
