Senior Analytics Specialist 5 Years Gurgaon

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Analytics & Reporting Specialist with 5 years of experience in Power BI, SQL, VBA, and ETL tools. In this role, you will design and deliver interactive dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across global clients in insurance and financial services.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards/reports using Power BI, MS Access, Excel, and SSRS.
  • Write complex DAX expressions, SQL queries, stored procedures, and VBA automations.
  • Build and manage data pipelines using SQL/SSIS/ETL tools, ensuring smooth data integration.
  • Configure scheduled data refresh, Power BI Gateways, and implement Row Level Security.
  • Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, APIs, ODBC, Excel, etc.) for advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of analytics experience (preferably Insurance/Reserving domain).
  • Hands-on expertise in Power BI, MS Access, VBA, SQL, and ETL tools (SSIS/Azure).
  • Good-to-have: Experience with SSRS, SSAS, and advanced Excel reporting.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.
