Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Office Administrator to manage daily office operations efficiently. The candidate will oversee administrative processes, ensure smooth coordination among departments, and maintain a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support administrative staff and office assistants.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and support HR and accounts teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in office administration or operations management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
