Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Office Administrator to manage daily office operations efficiently. The candidate will oversee administrative processes, ensure smooth coordination among departments, and maintain a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support administrative staff and office assistants.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and support HR and accounts teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration).
- Proven experience in office administration or operations management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
