Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shipping Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Shipping Executive will manage day-to-day shipping operations including export documentation, coordinating freight and forwarding activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring shipment schedules and liaising with different departments to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with clients, carriers, and team members
  • Proficiency in export documentation and familiarity with export procedures
  • Experience in freight and forwarding activities, including logistics planning and execution
  • Understanding of the export industry, operational workflows, and compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software tools
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous shipping or logistics experience will be an advantage
