Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MEP Procurement Executive with strong

experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) procurement. The candidate will be

responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials/services required for MEP

projects while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and strong proficiency in

MS Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle end-to-end procurement for MEP materials, equipment, and services.

 Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing & terms.

 Prepare purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and follow up with vendors.

 Maintain procurement records, price comparison sheets, and vendor databases.

 Coordinate with internal project teams to understand material requirements.

 Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of MEP supplies.

 Prepare procurement reports using Excel (MIS, tracking sheets, comparison reports).

 Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality, compliance, and timely supply.

 Resolve procurement issues related to pricing, delivery delays, or quality.

 Ensure cost savings through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP procurement.

 Strong knowledge of MEP materials, vendors, and procurement processes.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).

 Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up ability.

 Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
