Key Responsibilities

  • Market and place bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, L2, GC, and US Citizens) to client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tier-1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
  • Work closely with consultants to identify suitable opportunities matching their skills and career goals.
  • Negotiate rates and finalize contracts between consultants, vendors, and clients.
  • Keep track of all submissions, interviews, and placements in the recruitment system.
  • Regularly update consultants about market trends, interview feedback, and job opportunities.
  • Maintain daily and weekly submission and placement reports.
  • Ensure quick turnaround and maintain high levels of closure efficiency
