Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive based in Varanasi. The Field Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating various field activities, including supervising delivery operations, ensuring timely lab test collections, and facilitating telemedicine consultations. The role also involves liaising with healthcare providers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting ambulance services during emergencies. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in field operations, coordination, and supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing operations
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A background or experience in healthcare services is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in healthcare or management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
