What You'll Do


• Strategic HR Leadership: Own the HR roadmap, directly reporting to the Director.


• People Engine for Scale: Drive bulk hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning across multiple cities.


• Culture & Discipline: Institutionalize company values, SOP-driven discipline, and recognition programs.


• Incentive Architecture: Design performance-linked pay across sales, production, refurb, and logistics.


• HR Tech & Analytics: Implement dashboards, KPI systems, and modern HR platforms for transparency.


• Training & Development: Launch Winntus Academy for upskilling shopfloor, sales, and leadership teams.


• Employer Branding: Position Winntus as the top destination for talent in construction & infra solutions.

What We're Looking For


• MBA/PGDM in HR from IIM/XLRI/TISS/ISB (or other premier institutes).


• 7–12 years' experience in manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or logistics HR.


• Proven expertise in multi-location HR strategy, large-scale recruitment, and incentive design.


• Strong believer in culture + systems = growth.


• Ability to scale people operations at the pace of a high-growth, entrepreneurial company.
