This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager – B2C & B2B Marketing, located in Pune,Mexico and Brazil. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that marketing goals are met. The role includes strategizing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing plans, optimizing marketing processes, and engaging with stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives forward.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2C and B2B Marketing strategies and execution
- Expertise in Campaign Management and Performance Metrics Analysis
- Skills in Budget Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Marketing Automation tools
- Ability to work on-site at our locations in Pune, Brazil and Mexico
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in AI-native marketing solutions is a plus
