We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our team. This is a desk/back-office role focused on converting potential leads into customers through effective telecalling.

- Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our products and services.
- Convert leads into customers by persuasively communicating value and addressing customer queries.
- Develop and deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored for telephonic communication.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in tele-sales and converting leads into customers.
- Exceptional ability to convince customers efficiently, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a "super-smooth" and persuasive talker.
