1. Store & Inventory Operations:

  • Receive, inspect, and issue raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and packing materials.
  • Maintain proper FIFO, 5S, storage, and binning of materials as per category and safety standards.
  • Ensure timely movement of materials to production with accurate documentation.

2. SAP Transactions (MM Module):

  • Perform daily transactions in SAP such as Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Return to Vendor, and Material Reservations.
  • Monitor and update stock levels, batch tracking, and material movement history.
  • Support physical verification and reconciliation of stock with SAP records.

3. MIS & Reporting:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to stock status, consumption, aging inventory, and material variance.
  • Maintain inward/outward registers, stock ledger, and report deviations proactively.
  • Analyze inventory data to support planning and procurement decisions.

4. Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure proper documentation for all store transactions, including gate entries, delivery challans, invoices, and quality inspection reports.
  • Prepare audit-ready documentation for internal and statutory audits.
  • Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and company standards.

5. Coordination:

  • Coordinate with purchase, production, planning, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
  • Follow up with vendors for material discrepancies or pending documentation.

6. Safety & Housekeeping:

  • Implement and follow safe material handling practices.
  • Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and follows 5S methodology.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms, particularly for handling sensitive materials(e.g., solar cells, chemicals).
