Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role will involve close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify potential business opportunities
  • Skills in sales strategy development, lead generation, and meeting sales goals
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively
