Role Overview

As a Social Media and eCommerce Intern, you'll get hands-on experience in growing and engaging a strong fashion-forward community. You'll work directly with our marketing and content teams to bring the Lea story to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
  • Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and campaign coordination.
  • Research trending sounds, formats, and fashion conversations to keep Lea on top of social trends.
  • Engage with the audience (comments, DMs, story polls) to build community.
  • Track and analyze basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Assist with product and image listings on Shopify.
  • Work on updating the home page and product pages with fresh content.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about fashion, digital media, and storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, TikTok-style content, and emerging trends.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and design instincts.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools is required.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
