Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive at Air Works Group is based in Kochi. The Senior Executive will oversee daily operations relevant to aviation services, including ensuring the execution of engineering and maintenance processes, monitoring compliance with safety standards, and implementing business strategies. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to manage service delivery, supporting client relationships, and contributing to business growth through innovative practices and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in engineering, asset management, and maintenance processes within the aviation industry.
  • Proficient in safety protocols, compliance standards, and experience working with IATA-certified safety procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of business strategy development, operational management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to oversee complex projects, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Proficiency in standard aviation software, reporting tools, and general IT systems is advantageous.
  • A degree in engineering, aviation management, or a related field; prior experience in the aviation/MRO industry is preferred.
