We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to lead our Two-Wheeler Service Operations at Evice – The Hybrid Store. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of petrol two-wheelers and EV/IEC systems, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to manage a service team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workshop/service operations
  • Lead and train service technicians
  • Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
  • Diagnose petrol & EV/IEC vehicle issues
  • Oversee job cards, billing, and service reports
  • Maintain spare parts inventory

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in two-wheeler service field
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience handling both Petrol & EV/IEC vehicles
  • Good communication and team management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹363, ₹450,000.00 per year
