Job Summary:
QNQ Healthcare Private Limited is looking for an Administrative Assistant to coordinate with landlords and handle franchise-related queries, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with landlords on lease matters, documentation, and maintenance.
- Handle franchise-related queries and support documentation.
- Maintain records of leases, franchise agreements, and correspondence.
- Assist with reports, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contact lists and employee directories.
- Input data into various databases and software systems.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Freshers will be considered provided found shootable.
- Immediate Joiners and Candidate settled at Villupuram or Willing to relocate will be given preference.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Work Location: Villupuram
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹144, ₹180,000.00 per year
