Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage primary and secondary packaging for product SKUs, ensuring alignment with product dimensions, protection needs, and branding guidelines.
  • Work closely with the production team to prototype and test packaging solutions; identify issues and iterate based on feedback and real-world performance.
  • Coordinate with the regulatory affairs team to develop user manuals, safety labels, and product documentation in compliance with medical guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and prepare marketing-facing labels and packaging elements, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Create and manage packaging artwork using design software such as Adobe Illustrator
  • Support 3D visualization and CAD efforts using tools like Fusion 360 or any similar tools to communicate packaging concepts effectively.
  • Maintain version control and documentation of all artwork and packaging assets to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
  • Liaise with vendors or print partners when necessary to ensure quality and accuracy in printed packaging materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360) and 3D visualization skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of packaging structure, materials, and labeling standards.
  • Good eye for visual composition, layout, and detail-oriented design thinking.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Open to applicants who are willing to learn the required software tools - foundational training can be provided if the candidate demonstrates strong visualization skills, composition sense, and willingness to adapt quickly.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
