Key Responsibilities:1. On-Page Optimization

  • Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities.
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and content for target keywords.
  • Ensure website structure, internal linking, and schema markup are optimized for better crawlability.
  • Improve website speed, mobile friendliness, and overall user experience (UX) for SEO performance.
  • Manage keyword research and mapping for website pages and content strategy.
  • Coordinate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all new content.

2. Off-Page Optimization

  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Manage outreach campaigns for guest posts, business listings, and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure quality and disavow toxic links.
  • Build and manage social bookmarking, directory submissions, forum participation, and content syndication efforts.

3. SEO Strategy & Analytics

  • Create and execute a long-term SEO roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEO (both On-page & Off-page).
  • Deep understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹65,000.00 per month
