Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification & Evaluation:
  • Identify potential land parcels suitable for residential, commercial, or infrastructure development.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare feasibility reports including topography, accessibility, and development potential.
  • Evaluate land ownership documents and liaise with legal consultants for title verification.
  • Negotiation & Acquisition:
  • Initiate and manage negotiations with landowners and intermediaries for purchase or joint development agreements.
  • Prepare offers, draft MoUs, and assist in documentation for land acquisition.
  • Maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and government officials for land sourcing opportunities.
  • Due Diligence & Documentation:
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all title documents, permissions, and approvals are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, development control regulations, and land-use norms.
  • Assist in registration and mutation processes with relevant government departments.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Liaise with architects, surveyors, and technical teams for site measurements and layouts.
  • Maintain updated records of acquired and under-negotiation land parcels.
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations on land acquisition progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in land acquisition, property management, or real estate development.
  • Sound knowledge of local land laws, registration procedures, and government regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with GIS or mapping tools (preferred).
  • Ability to travel extensively to different sites and locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
