SIEM Architect The SIEM Architect, would play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions for managed services customers. With deep expertise in Microsoft Sentinel and security operations to ensure customers achieve a scalable, effective, and proactive security posture. By developing tailored SIEM solutions, automating threat detection, and fine-tuning event correlation, the SIEM Architect will enhance the ability to safeguard clients' digital assets and directly support the mission to provide industry-leading managed security services that drive customer confidence and advocacy. ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Sentinel SIEM solutions for managed security customers.
• Consult with customers to understand their security needs and develop tailored SIEM architectures.
• Create and fine-tune detection rules, event correlation policies, and automated response mechanisms to enhance threat intelligence and incident response.
• Integrate SIEM with other security tools, including EDR, SOAR, and log management systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable security insights.
• Perform regular system health checks on the SIEM to ensure high availability of services.
• Apply necessary patches and updates to maintain the security and compliance posture of Microsoft Sentinel.
• Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and network security teams to improve detection and response capabilities.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and customers to maximize SIEM adoption and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with emerging threats, SIEM trends, and best practices to continuously improve security offerings.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution support for complex SIEM-related issues. ________________________________________
