Role Overview: As a Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor at DCM Works, you will play a crucial role in bringing the company's products and vision to life through compelling visuals and content. The company is looking for a talented individual who shares the design-first mindset to create engaging social media graphics, banners, ads, product packaging visuals, and motion content. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and enhance videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube, and product launches by adding effects, transitions, typography, and sound syncing. - Collaborate closely with the DCM Works team to understand creative direction and maintain consistent branding. - Design creatives for marketing campaigns, product mockups, and website elements. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. - A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work, demonstrating a good eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and color. - Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and e-commerce design trends is preferred. - Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and accept feedback with a growth mindset. - Experience in product animation, stop-motion, or short storytelling content is considered a bonus.
