Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team.The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting:

  2. Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.

  3. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.

  4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  5. Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.

  6. Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments

  7. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  8. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

  9. Process and review invoices and payments.

  10. Manage collections and vendor relationships.

  11. Financial Compliance:

  12. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

  13. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

  14. Implement and maintain internal controls.

  15. Cash Flow Management:

  16. Manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.

  17. Monitor and project cash flow needs.

  18. Taxation:

  19. Assist in tax planning and compliance.

  20. Prepare and file tax returns and related documents.

  21. Ad Hoc Financial Projects:

  22. Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required.

What it required to do:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial management or related roles with minimum 3 years of

experience.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27, ₹45,000.00 per month
